Shipping destinations

We ship worldwide. Each Grunnro store ships to the countries it serves; the delivery country is selected when you place your order.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free, with no minimum order. Customs duties and import taxes are included: you will not be asked to pay anything extra when your package is delivered.

Delivery times

Your order is prepared within 2 to 3 business days. Delivery then takes 5 to 7 business days. As a general rule, allow 7 to 10 business days between placing your order and receiving it. These times are estimates: a customs inspection, a holiday period or a carrier delay can add a few days.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number, and you can track your package at any time on our tracking page: /apps/parcelpanel. The package is handed over to the postal service or carrier in your country for final delivery.

Delivery address

Please check your address before confirming your order. A package returned to us because of an incomplete or incorrect address is reshipped free of charge once the correct address has been confirmed.

Damaged, incomplete or missing package

If your package arrives damaged, if an item is missing, or if the tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, write to us at contact@grunnro.com within 7 days. We will resend the product or refund you, whichever you prefer.
