Klenza Phase 1, the Purge, wormwood and clove blend: shake well before use. Dilute 1 ml in 240 to 350 ml of water or a drink of your choice. Stir well and drink. Do not use undiluted. Do not take on an empty stomach. If you weigh less than 80 kg, halve the dose (0.5 ml). Do not mix with milk, alcohol or fizzy drinks.

Klenza Phase 2, the Rebuild, fulvic acid trace mineral complex: wait at least 60 minutes after taking Phase 1. Dilute 1 ml in 240 to 350 ml of water or a drink of your choice. Stir well. Drink it in one go or sip it throughout the day, at any time after Phase 1.

Recommended protocol: follow the 2-phase routine every day for 14 consecutive days (one full cycle). Once a cycle is complete, take a 1 to 2-week break to let your body recover and any remaining eggs hatch. Then repeat for a second and a third cycle. Most users get their best results after 2 to 3 full cycles over 8 to 12 weeks. For maintenance, many customers do a single 14-day cycle every 3 to 4 months.
